摘　　要：单孔腹腔镜技术的兴起推动微创理念达到一个新的高度。经脐单孔腹腔镜手术经脐置入带有多个操作孔道的单孔装置,通过操作孔道引入手术器械完成手术,手术标本经脐部切口取出。脐部存在环境潮湿、清洁困难等特点,有利于细菌生长繁殖,可能会增加经脐单孔腹腔镜手术发生切口感染的风险。为减少切口感染的发生,应对经脐单孔腹腔镜手术切口感染的影响因素及预防加以重视。The development of single port laparoscopic technique promotes the concept of mini-invasive surgery to a new height.Transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery(TU-SILS)was performed via a single port device with multiple operating channels through the umbilical region,and the laparoscopic surgery was accomplished by the surgical instruments placed through the operating channels.The surgical specimens were taken out through the umbilical incision.The umbilicus has the characteristics of humid environment and difficult cleaning,which is conducive to the growth and reproduction of bacteria,which may increase the risk of incision infection in TS-SILS.In order to reduce the incidence of incision infection,the influencing factors and prevention of incision infection would be pay more attention in TS-SILS.
