摘  要:红旗水库位于贵州省织金县金龙乡,大坝为土石坝,最大坝高18.8 m,修建于20世纪70年代。由于受当时施工技术与经济条件的影响,大坝填筑时清基不彻底,未清除覆盖层。坝基局部地段为冲洪积淤泥,且坝基未做防渗处理,坝基松散覆盖层及强风化岩石透水性较大,在库水压力作用下坝体及坝基存在大面积渗漏现象。在除险加固施工时,大坝上游坝脚防渗嵌固墙基础为淤泥,深为6~13 m,淤泥承载力低,触变性大,不满足嵌固墙对基础的要求。结合现场实际情况,采取松木桩+块石夯填挤密+钢筋混凝土垫层相结合的综合处理方案。大坝防渗加固修复工程实施后,大坝运行良好,防渗效果良好,至今未发现渗水点,且历经高水位和汛期大流量蓄水等特殊运行工况的考验,防渗嵌固墙基础问题得到有效处理。Hongqi reservoir is located in Jinlong township,Zhijin county,Guizhou province.The dam is an earth rock dam with a maximum height of 18.8 m.It was built in the 1970s.Due to the influence of construction technology and economic conditions at that time,the foundation of the dam was not cleaned thoroughly and the overburden layer was not removed.The local section of the dam foundation is alluvial proluvial silt,and the dam foundation was not treated for seepage prevention.The loose overburden layer and strongly weathered rock of the dam foundation have high per⁃meability Under the action of reservoir water pressure,and there is a large area leakage phenomenon in the dam body and dam foundation.During the reinforcement construction,the foundation of the impervious embedded wall at the upstream dam toe is silt,with a depth of 6~13 m.The silt has low bearing capacity and large thixotropy,which does not meet the requirements of the embedded wall for the foundation.Combined with the actual situation of the site,the comprehensive treatment scheme of pine pile+rock compaction+reinforced concrete cushion are adopted.After the implementation of the dam anti-seepage reinforcement and repair project,the anti-seepage effect is good,and no seepage point has been found so far.After the test of special operation conditions such as high water level and large flow storage in flood season,the anti-seepage embedded wall runs well,and the reservoir leakage problem has been effectively treated.
