摘　　要：知识产权是高等学校创新能力和科研水平的标志,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。虽然转制地方高校的知识产权工作面临诸多困境,其仍然要深入贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略和知识产权强国战略,稳步推进知识产权工作的开展,并要保证知识产权工作的高质量发展。Intellectual property is a symbol of the innovation ability and scientific research level of colleges and uni⁃versities,and is an important part of the national innovation system.Although the intellectual property work of local universities is facing many difficulties,they still need to implement the innovation driven development strategy and intellectual property power strategy,steadily promote the development of intellectual property work,and ensure the high-quality development of intellectual property work.
