摘　　要：目的:探讨Orem支持教育系统在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法:将2018年9月1日~2019年9月1日收治的96例脑卒中患者,按照密封信封法分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受Orem支持教育系统。比较两组干预前后健康知识掌握度、自我管理能力、希望水平[采用Herth希望量表(HHI)]及生活质量[采用脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)]。结果:干预后,观察组健康知识掌握度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组自我管理行为、HHI评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SS-QOL评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组干预1、3个月SS-QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:Orem支持教育系统在脑卒中患者护理干预中效果显著,能够提高患者疾病认知度,增强自我管理能力,提高希望水平,从而改善患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of Orem support education system in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 96 stroke patients admitted during September 1,2018 to September 1,2019 were randomly according to the closed envelope method divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention under the Orem support education system model on the basis of the control group.The mastery of health knowledge,self-management skills,hope level by the Herth hope inventory(HHI)scale and quality of life by the Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the mastery of stroke health knowledge in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management and HHI scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SS-QOL scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the SS-QOL scores in the observation group after 1 month and 3 months of intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orem support education system has a significant effect in nursing intervention among stroke patients,it can improve disease awareness,enhance self-management ability,and promote hope level,thereby improve quality of life in stroke patients.
