摘　　要：本文列举了造船技术管理工作中常见的典型船舶设计过程质量案例,重点阐述了船东公司加强设计过程质量控制、提升技术管理水平的必要性。结合质量管理基础理论分析,给出了船舶设计质量控制的方法和途径。This paper enumerates the typical quality cases of ship design process which are common in shipbuilding technology management,and expounds the necessity of strengthening the quality control of design process and improving the level of technical management of ship owners.Combined with the basic theory of quality management,the methods and approaches of quality control in ship design are given.
