卡巴匹林钙合成工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了卡巴匹林钙的合成工艺。首先以阿司匹林、无水硝酸钙、乙醇胺为原料,合成阿司匹林钙,然后阿司匹林钙与尿素螯合生成卡巴匹林钙。以乙醇胺代替传统工艺的氨水或氨气,环境友好,易于控制。本课题以乙醇为溶剂,研究了阿司匹林钙与尿素螯合反应时反应温度、反应时间、反应pH等不同反应条件对收率的影响,实验结果表明,反应温度为30~35℃,反应时间为2 h,反应pH为7.5,卡巴匹林钙的收率为96.6%,纯度可达98.7%,符合兽药质量标准。This paper studies the synthesis process of aspirin calcium.First,aspirin,anhydrous calcium nitrate,ethanamine,synthesized calcium aspirin,post-aspirin calcium chelate with urea to produce calcium aspirin.This topic replaces ethanolamine instead traditional ammonia or ammonia gas,environment friendly and easy to control.With ethanol as the solvent,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and reaction pH of calcium aspirin and urea were studied.The experimental results show that the reaction temperature is 30~35℃,reaction time of 2 h,reaction pH is 7.5,yield of aspirin calcium is 96.6%,purity is 98.7%,meeting the veterinary drug quality standard.
