加味桔梗汤治疗肺经伏热型儿童过敏性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味桔梗汤治疗肺经伏热型儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1~12月成都中医药大学附属医院儿科门诊收治过敏性鼻炎患儿101例,随机分为观察组52例和对照组49例。观察组加味桔梗汤治疗,对照组给予开瑞坦治疗,疗程3周。初步评价两组患儿的疗效和安全性。结果治疗3周后观察组鼻炎有效率为92.3%(48/52),显著高于对照组61.2%(30/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3周后观察组肺经伏热证候有效率为92.3%(48/52),显著高于对照组79.6%(39/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组喷嚏、鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、鼻黏膜肿胀、咽干、咽痒及咽红评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论加味桔梗汤治疗后患儿病情得到明显改善,临床疗效显著,且较为安全。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Jiegeng decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with underlying heat of lung meridian.Methods Totally 101 children with allergic rhinitis treated in the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into 52 cases in the observation group and 49 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with modified Jiegeng decoction,and the control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets for 3 weeks,respectively.Then,the efficacy and safety for the two groups were preliminarily evaluated.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the effective rate for rhinitis in the observation group was 92.3%(48/52),which was significantly higher than 61.2%(30/49)in the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate for the syndrome of underlying heat in lung meridian in the observation group was 92.3%(48/52),which was significantly higher than 79.6%(39/49)in the control group(P<0.05).The scores in sneezing,nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal itching,nasal mucosal swelling,pharyngeal dryness,pharyngeal itching and pharyngeal redness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion After the treatment of modified Jiegeng decoction,the condition of children with allergic rhinitis has been significantly improved,and the clinical effect is significant and safe.
