摘  要:对一起由直流系统故障导致保护拒动,上一级保护越级跳闸引起110 kV变电站失压的事故原因进行分析。在现场检查、线路巡查以及相关数据分析的基础上,结合保护动作报告、录波数据、事件顺序记录等,对事故中线路跳闸、直流系统故障、保护拒动、后备保护动作、备自投动作进行分析,认为变电站直流系统可靠性差是引发事故的根本原因,而备自投逻辑设计未计及切除10 kV故障线路,保护受电源低电压影响较大、10 kV线路无速动保护、故障无法迅速隔离是导致事故的间接原因。对此,提出应用直流系统开关操作的微机五防功能,优化备自投与保护交互动作逻辑,优化直流系统供电接线方式,提供快速支撑电源等整改措施。The reason of a 110 kV substation voltage loss accident caused by the protection refusing to operate due to the DC system fault and the override trip of the upper protection is analyzed.Based on the on-site inspection,line patrol and relevant data analysis,combined with the protection action report,recording data,event sequence record,etc.,the paper analyzes the trip,DC system failure,protection rejection,backup protection action and standby self-switching action in the accident.It is considered that the poor reliability of substation DC system is the root cause of the accident.The logic design of standby automatic switching does not take into account the removal of the 10 kV fault line,the protection is greatly affected by the low voltage of the power supply,the 10 kV line has no quick-action protection,and the fault cannot be quickly isolated are the indirect causes of the accident.In this regard,it is proposed to apply the five-prevention function of the microcomputer for the switching operation of the DC system,optimize the logic of the automatic switching and protection interaction,optimize the DC system power supply wiring mode,and provide rapid support power supply and other rectification measures.
