摘  要:随着风力发电行业的迅速发展,如何降低已并网机组的故障率越来越引起业主和整机生产厂家的重视。轴承高温故障是发电机常见故障之一,发电机轴承的性能直接影响机组的发电量和运行效率。因此本文结合多年的机组运行经验在发电机轴承的选型和设计中提供了优化方案,从发电机设计方面降低了轴承故障的概率,提高了发电机使用寿命。With the rapid development of wind power industry,how to reduce the failure rate of grid connected units has attracted more and more attention of owners and manufacturers.Bearing high temperature fault is one of the common faults of generator.The performance of generator bearing directly affects the generating capacity and operation efficiency of the unit.Therefore,combined with years of unit operation experience,this paper provides an optimization scheme in the selection and design of generator bearing,which reduces the probability of bearing failure from the aspect of generator design and improves the service life of generator.
