摘　　要：京能十堰热电有限公司汽轮机为东方汽轮机厂超临界、一次中间再热、三缸两排、单轴、双调整抽汽、凝汽式、8级回热。凝汽器为水冷、表面式、双流程、单壳体、单背压凝汽器。2台机组分别于2018年12月22日、2019年3月8日通过168 h试运行,投入商业运行。采暖季单机最大抽汽能力在450 t/h以上,机组补水量较大,凝水溶解氧严重超标,大于100μg/L。为此针对机组水质溶氧超标问题进行排查,并对凝汽器的补水系统进行改造最终取得满意的效果,为机组的安全可靠运行提供了有力的保证。The steam turbines of Jingneng Shiyan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.are supercritical,primary reheating,three-cylinder two-row,single-shaft,double-adjusted extraction steam,condensing steam,and 8-stage regenerative steam from Dongfang Turbine Plant.The condenser is a water-cooled,surface type,dual-process,single-shell,single-back pressure condenser.The two units passed a 168-hour test run on December 22,2018 and March 08,2019,respectively,and were put into commercial operation.In the heating season,the maximum extraction capacity of a single unit is above 450 t/h,the water supply of the unit is large,and the dissolved oxygen in the condensate exceeds the standard seriously,which is greater than 100μg/L.For this reason,we investigated the problem of excessive dissolved oxygen in the water quality of the unit,and modified the water supplement system of the condenser and finally achieved satisfactory results,which provided a strong guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the unit.
