摘  要:为更好地满足城市经济发展阶段对高品质、高可靠性电能供应提出的要求,近些年国内很多地区对城市电网系统进行了技术改造,利用有限的资金逐步实现配电自动化,使整个配电系统的供电可靠性得到更大保障,具有很大现实意义。“电压-时间型”馈线自动化,参照配电自动化终端设定的电压限值判断配电系统的正常运行状态及故障情况,实现不依靠配电自动化主站及通信实现故障就地隔离。还提出了“逆向”远后备定义,希望能和同行分享经验和方法,能为继电保护系统持续完善提供更可靠的理论支持。In order to better meet the requirements of high-quality and high-reliability power supply in the urban economic development stage,in recent years,many areas in China have carried out technological transformations on urban power grid systems,and gradually realized power distribution automation with limited funds.The power supply reliability of the entire power distribution system is more guaranteed,which is of great practical significance.“Voltage-time”feeder automation,refer to the voltage limit set by the distribution automation terminal to judge the normal operation status and fault conditions of the distribution system,and realize the fault isolation on the spot without relying on the distribution automation master station and communication.It also proposed the definition of“reverse”remote backup,hoping to share experience and methods with peers,so as to provide more reliable theoretical support for the continuous improvement of the relay protection system.
