摘 要:目的:调查老年糖尿病患者睡眠质量与口腔健康生活质量现状并分析多模式健康教育干预效果。方法:选取右江民族医学院附属医院2020年1月至2020年12月收治的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,利用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、中文版老年人口腔健康生活质量评价指数对两组老年糖尿病患者睡眠情况、口腔健康情况进行调查,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取多模式健康教育,对比干预前后两组睡眠质量、口腔健康生活质量评分差异。结果:干预前两组老年糖尿病患者睡眠质量评分、口腔健康生活质量评分数值相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后均较本组干预前显著下降且观察组显著小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病患者睡眠质量与口腔健康生活质量均处于较低水平,实施多模式健康教育能够取得理想的干预效果。Objective: To investigate the status of sleep quality and oral health quality of life in elderly diabetic patients and analyze the effects of multi-modal health education interventions. Methods: 100 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Youjiang Medical College For Nationalities Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as subjects. The sleep quality and oral health status of two groups of elderly diabetic patients were investigated by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index and Chinese version of oral health quality of life index. The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases each by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given multimodal health education. The scores of sleep quality and oral health quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: Before the intervention, the sleep quality scores and oral health quality of life scores of the two groups of elderly diabetic patients were similar, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After intervention, both scores were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality of sleep and oral health of elderly diabetic patients are at a low level, and the implementation of multi-modal health education can achieve ideal intervention effect.
