甘肃县域经济差异变化的实证研究

摘　　要：以甘肃县域的86个经济体为研究对象,采用泰尔指数法和基尼系数分解法,从空间分解和产业结构分解两个维度对甘肃县域经济差异变动及其影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:2003—2018年甘肃各县域单元的经济发展差距显著,不平衡不充分问题依然突出且县域产业结构严重不合理,第二产业占比不足;从空间分解来看,区内差异是造成甘肃县域经济差异扩大的关键因素,且河西地区的内部差异最为显著;从产业结构分解来看,第二产业和第三产业是致使甘肃县域经济发展差异的关键因素,且第三产业对于县域经济差异的影响力逐步增强并超过第二产业成为主导因素;从产业效应来看,产业结构效应会扩大县域经济差异且影响力度较强,而集中效应对县域经济差异起抑制作用,主要体现在第二产业和第三产业集聚可以缩小县域经济发展差距。The article takes 86 economies in Gansu counties as the research objects,and uses Theil index method and Gini coefficient decomposition method to conduct empirical research on the changes of county economic disparities in Gansu Province and the factors that have an influence on the changes from two dimensions including the spatial decomposition and the industrial structure decomposition.The results show that from 2003 to 2018,the economic development gap of each county unit in Gansu was significant,the problem of imbalance and insufficiency was still prominent,and the industrial structure of the counties was seriously unreasonable with the secondary industry accounting for an insufficient proportion.From the perspective of spatial decomposition,intra-regional differences are the key factors causing the expansion of county economic disparities in Gansu,and the internal disparities in the region of Hexi Corridor are the most significant.From the perspective of industrial structure decomposition,the secondary industry and the tertiary industry are the key factors that cause the differences in the county economic development in Gansu,and the tertiary industry has gradually influenced much more on the county economic differences,overtaking the secondary industry as the dominant factor.And according to the industrial effect,the effect of industrial structure,with its strong influence,will expand the economic difference in counties,while the concentration effect inhibits it.The concentration effect,however,is mainly reflected in the clustering of the secondary and tertiary industries can narrow the gap of economic development in counties.
