摘 要:科学类博物馆教育工作需要其教育人员拥有较高的职业素养,教育人员从事博物馆教育工作时的科学素养能力水平会影响到其开发和实施教育活动的效果。目前,国内少有针对科学类博物馆教育人员科学素养的调查项目。本文梳理了科学类博物馆教育人员科学素养的内涵、常用的科学素养测评方法,尝试借鉴已有的科学素养测试框架考察教育人员从事科学博物馆教育工作时所需的科学素养水平。研究发现非理工科背景教育人员科学知识的掌握程度有待提升,教育人员整体上对科学探究策略的运用还较为保守。针对上述情况,可从加强理工科背景的复合型专业人才培养、提升教育人员的培训效果和倡导终身学习理念几个方面出发,不断提升教育人员的科学素养。The educational work in science museum and centers requires museum teachers to have high professional.And museum teachers'scientific literacy ability will influence their development and implementation of educational activities.At present,there are less investigation projects on the scientific literacy of science museum educators.Through analyses of the connotation of scientific literacy of the museum science teachers,the commonly used methods in scientific literacy evaluation.This paper attempts to use a serious of test items that already have to test musuem science teachers’scientific knowledge and scientific ability as they are engaged in museum educational work.The study found that those teachers who are not in science and engineering background,and museum teachers application of inquiry strategy is conservative.Therefore,we should stress the training of teachers with science and engineering background.At the same time,improve the effectiveness of science teachers'training program.Science teachers should set up the idea of lifelong learning and constantly improve their own scientific literacy.
