摘  要:硒元素是人体生长发育的必需微量元素.在我国大力发展富硒农产品以提升人体硒摄入量的背景下,本文以一种药食同源的蔬菜——木耳菜为例,试探究不同农药(草甘膦与氯氰菊酯)浓度以及不同基质(土壤基质与火山岩基质)对木耳菜富硒能力的影响.结果表明:在相同实验条件下,火山岩相对土壤基质表现出更优的促进木耳菜富硒作用;土壤基质中草甘膦与氯氰菊酯对木耳菜富硒的促进均随生长时间和施加浓度的增加表现为先增加再减弱,且浓度过高时表现为抑制.其中,草甘膦的促进作用更优,其施加的最适浓度为0.002 9 g/培养基,于出芽后34~62 d表现出显著促进作用,最高富硒量为1.007 mg/(kg·d^(-1)).以上结论可为富硒木耳菜的农业生产提供借鉴.Selenium( Se) element is the essential trace element that promotes the growth and development of human body. Under the background of energetically developing Se-enriching agricultural products to improve the body Se intake,this paper treated M alabar spinach,a kind of medicinal and edible vegetable,to explore the effects of different pesticide( glyphosate and cypermethrin) concentrations and different substrates( soil substrate and volcanic rock substrate) on the Se-enriching capacity of M alabar spinach. The results suggested that,under the same experimental conditions,volcanic rock exhibited superior effect on promoting the Se-enriching capacity of M alabar spinach over soil substrate. In the soil substrate,the effects of glyphosate and cypermethrin on promoting the Se-enriching capacity of M alabar spinach show ed a first increase and then decrease trend w ith the increases in grow th time and applied concentration,and an overhigh concentration show ed suppression. Typically,glyphosate show ed better promotion effect,and the optimal concentration w as 0. 002 9 g/culture medium,and significant promotion effect w as achieved at 34-62 days after budding,w ith the highest Se-enriching amount of 1. 007 mg/( kg·d^(-1)). The above conclusion can provide reference for the agricultural production of Se-enriching M alabar spinach.
