摘 要:通过半电池电位和线性极化法,对比分析了氧化膜型、沉淀膜型、吸附膜型3种类型阻锈剂单掺时对海工混凝土模拟孔隙液中钢片锈蚀行为的影响,进一步探究了不同类型阻锈剂复掺时对钢片锈蚀行为的影响。试验结果表明,苯甲酸钠、钼酸钠、单氟磷酸钠和五水偏硅酸钠的较优掺量均为4%,能一定程度上降低钢片的腐蚀速率;氨甲基丙醇的阻锈效率随着阻锈剂浓度的提高不断加强,当其掺量为6%时能使钢片在海工混凝土模拟孔隙液中达到钝化;在氨甲基丙醇中加入少量单氟磷酸钠或五水偏硅酸钠能提高阻锈效果,其中五水偏硅酸钠对其提高效果更加显著。In this paper,the effects of different types of corrosion inhibitors(oxide film type,precipitation film type,adsorption film type)on the corrosion behavior of steel sheets in the simulated pore solution of marine concrete are analyzed by the half-cell potential method and the linear polarization method.The results show that the optimal contents of sodium benzoate,sodium molybdate,sodium monofluorophosphate and sodium metasilicate pentahydrate are all 4%,which can reduce the corrosion rate of steel sheets to a certain degree.The rust-inhibiting efficiency of aminomethylpropanol is continuously enhanced with the increase of the corrosion inhibitor content.When the content of aminomethylpropanol reaches 6%,the steel sheet can be passivated in the simulated pore solution of marine concrete.At the same time,the combination of a small amount of sodium monofluorophosphate or sodium metasilicate pentahydrate in aminomethylpropanol can enhance the rust inhibition effect,and the improvement effect of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate is the best.
