摘 要:为解决无机类植生基体材料碱度高,需填充额外植生介质等问题,以普通硅酸盐水泥为基体材料,高吸水树脂(SAP)颗粒为蓄水性介质,制备具有适宜内部维生环境的植生型泡沫混凝土,研究预吸收不饱和降碱溶液的SAP颗粒掺量对植生泡沫混凝土碱度、孔隙率以及透水性等评价指标的影响规律。结果表明:预吸收不饱和降碱溶液的SAP颗粒在早期阶段对降低泡沫混凝土碱度,提高其植生性能方面效果显著。在适宜配合比的基础上,SAP颗粒掺量为胶凝材料总量0.3%时,泡沫混凝土14 d内降碱效果最佳,孔隙率达61.08%,300 s内透水量为25.63 kg/m2,入渗率为307.50 mm/h,蓄水量为0.28 g/cm3。To decrease the pH of inorganic planting material and fill no additional planting medium,the planting foamed concrete suitable for internal life-sustaining environment had been prepared which used P·O cement as matrix material and SAP particles as water storage media.The influence of the content of SAP particle pre-absorbed with unsaturated alkali-reducing solution on the alkalinity,porosity and water permeability of planting foamed concrete was studied.The results show that the SAP particles pre-absorbed with unsaturated alkali-reducing solution have a significant effect on reducing the alkalinity of foamed concrete and improving its planting performance in the early stage.The effect of alkalinity reduction of the foamed concrete within 14 days is remarkable adding 0.3%SAP particles on the basis of the proper mix proportion.At this time,the porosity was 61.08%,the water permeability was 25.63 kg/m2 in 300 s,the infiltration rate was 307.50 mm/h,and the water storage is 0.28 g/cm3.
