摘 要:主要研究了高效活性粉HLC-MS101配制的墩底垫层砂浆的力学性能、粘结性能、体积稳定性和抗氯离子侵蚀性能,并与普通市售垫层砂浆进行对比。结果表明:采用20%MS101等质量取代水泥,大大增加了墩底垫层砂浆的致密性,制备的墩底垫层砂浆28 d抗压、抗折、粘结强度及干缩体积稳定性较市售J60-Ⅲ砂浆分别提高了32.4%、49.2%、12.0%和19.5%,抗氯离子侵蚀性能等级由差提升到很好,大大提高了墩底垫层砂浆的破坏承载力和环境侵蚀的抵抗能力。Properties of the mechanical,adhesion,volume stability and ionic erosion resistance of pier bottom cushion mortar prepared by highly effective active powder HLC-MS101 and ordinary commercial cushion mortar were studied.Results show that using 20%MS101 quality instead of cement,greatly increases the pier bottom cushion mortar density.The compressive strength,flexure strength,bond strength and dry shrinkage volume stability of the prepared pier cushion mortar at 28 days of age are increased by 32.4%,49.2%,12.0%and 19.5%,respectively,compared with the commercial J60-Ⅲmortar,the chloride ion erosion resistance level from bad to good,greatly improving the bearing capacity of the destruction and environmental erosion resistance of the pier bottom bedding mortar.
