摘 要:研究了钢渣-粉煤灰复合材料在50、60、70、80℃下经过湿热养护2、4、6、8 h后抗压强度和耐久性能的变化规律。结果表明,提高湿热养护温度和延长养护时间均能提高钢渣-粉煤灰复合材料各龄期的抗压强度,但对强度的提高效果在70℃、养护4 h之内较为显著,当超过该养护条件后,复合材料的抗压强度增长较小,且3 d强度与28 d强度相差不大。湿热养护的温度越高,养护时间越长,钢渣-粉煤灰复合材料的干燥收缩越低,抗冻性越强,抗氯离子渗透性能越好。湿热养护能降低钢渣-粉煤灰复合材料的孔隙率,细化孔径,提高基体的密实程度。The compressive strength and durability of steel slag-fly ash composites under different curing temperatures(50℃,60℃,70℃and 80℃)for different periods(2 h,4 h,6 h and 8 h)were studied.The obtained results show that the compressive strength of the steel slag-fly ash composites at various ages could be improved by increasing the curing temperature and curing duration.However,this effect was only effective when curing time less for 4 h and temperature lower then 70℃.When the temperature was higher than 70℃and curing time was longer than 4 h,the compressive strength of the composite material increased slightly,and the 3 d strength was not significantly different from that of 28 d.The higher the curing temperature and the longer the curing time,the lower the drying shrinkage of the steel slag-fly ash composite,the stronger the frost resistance and the better the chloride penetration resistance.Hydrothermal curing could reduce the porosity of steel slag-fly ash composites,refine the pore structure and improve the compactness of the matrix.
