摘 要:为研究水泥膨胀珍珠岩复合外墙板的抗弯性能,进行了4组不同配筋形式、厚度试件的抗弯承载力试验。对不同设计参数试件的破坏形态、荷载位移曲线、钢筋应变、变形能力进行了分析,建立了水泥膨胀珍珠岩复合外墙板正截面抗弯承载力计算公式,研究了外墙板抵抗风荷载及地震作用能力,采用ABAQUS对试件进行了有限元分析。试验与理论分析结果表明,水泥膨胀珍珠岩复合外墙板具有良好的延性性能、塑性变形能力,受弯承载力计算值与试验值吻合较好;具有较好的抵抗风荷载及地震作用能力,可满足正常使用极限状态和承载能力极限状态要求,安全储备较高,可应用于装配式建筑工程中。To study the flexural behavior of cement expanded perlite composite exterior wall panels,flexural bearing capacity test of 4 groups of test pieces with different reinforcement arrangement and thickness was completed.The failure modes,load-displacement curves,reinforcement stain and deformation capacity of the specimens with different design parameters were analyzed.Calculation formulas of normal section flexural capacity were established.The capacity of resistance to wind load and earthquake action was researched.A finite element analysis was carried out to simulate the behavior of the specimens.Test and theoretical analysis results indicate that cement expanded perlite composite exterior wall panels have favorable ductility,plastic deformation capacity,capacity of resistance to wind load and earthquake action and higher safety performance.The theoretical results of flexural capacity agreed well with the experimental results.The flexural behavior of composite exterior wall panels could meet the requirements of serviceability limit stage and bearing capacity limit state.They can be applied to prefabricated construction engineering.
