摘 要:在HPEG型聚羧酸分子主链中引入部分异构酯,设计酸醚比分别为3.5、4.0,异构酯用量分别为0、4%,合成4种聚羧酸减水剂母液。对水化硅酸钙的吸附量和Zeta电位进行测试,并对掺减水剂混凝土的扩展度、压力泌水率和抗压强度进行测试。结果表明,酸醚比为3.5、异构酯用量为4%时,合成的聚羧酸减水剂S-4对水化硅酸钙的吸附能力最强,其敏感度相对较低,对混凝土的扩展度和压力泌水率产生的影响较小,且掺S-4混凝土的抗压强度发展最好。The four kinds of water reducing agent mother liquor S-1,S-2,S-3 and S-4 were synthesized by designing acid ether ratio 3.5∶1,4∶1,isomer ester dosage 0,4%and introducing some isomeric esters into the main chain of HPEG-type polycarboxylic acid molecules.The adsorption capacity and zeta potential of calcium silicate hydrate were tested,and the expansion degree,pressure bleeding rate and compressive strength of concrete after four mother liquor were tested.The results show that S-4 polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the strongest adsorption capacity on calcium silicate hydrate,its sensitivity is relatively low,and the influence on the expansion and pressure bleeding rate of concrete is relatively small,and the compressive strength of concrete mixed with S-4 mother liquor has the best development.The optimum process parameters were determined as acid ether ratio 3.5∶1 and isomer ester dosage 4%.
