底面层通用室内腻子膏的制备与性能研究

摘  要:采用聚乙烯醇、纤维素、膨润土、增稠剂等原料制备了底面层通用腻子膏,研究了腻子膏的稠度、触变性对其填充性能和施工性能的影响。结果表明:增加聚乙烯醇用量,腻子膏稠度增大,触变性降低,粘结强度增大,其最佳用量为0.75%;采用羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素按质量比2.2∶1.0复配时,腻子膏具有合适的稠度和较好的保水性能;当膨润土用量为2.5%,低剪切增稠剂用量为0.2%时,腻子膏具有较高的低剪切黏度和较低的中高剪切黏度,触变性适宜,具有优异的填充性能和施工性能。该腻子的性能符合JG/T 298—2010《建筑室内用腻子》要求,成本低廉,施工性能、填充性能和贮存稳定性好,可以替代腻子粉或双组份腻子使用。The general putty paste for both bottom and surface layer was prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol,cellulose,bentonite and thickener.The effects of the consistency and thixotropy of the putty paste on the filling performance and construction performance of the putty paste were studied.The results show that increasing the amount of polyvinyl alcohol,the consistency of the putty paste will increase,the thixotropy will decrease,and the bonding strength will increase.The optimal dosage is 0.75%.When hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose 2.2∶1.0 are used,the putty paste has proper consistency and good water retention performance.When the addition of bentonite is 2.5%and the addition of low shear thickener is 0.2%,the putty paste has high low shear viscosity and low medium high shear viscosity,and thixotropy is suitable,showing excellent filling performance and construction performance.The putty paste meets the relevant requirements of JG/T 298—2010"Putty for interior",with low cost,good construction performance,filling performance and storage stability,it can completely replace putty powder or two-component putty.
