摘　　要：斜交农用尼龙外胎加工过程是一个复杂的物理、化学的转变过程,参数的确定、热传导、存放变型等,材料独特性对成品外观质量、使用性能有直接影响。根据多年质量管理经验,从胎胚的预处理、存放、水胎准备方面,探讨提高轮胎质量和硫化工具使用的控制点及方法。The processing process of bias-cross agricultural nylon tires is a complex process of physical and chemical transformation.The determination of parameters,heat conduction,storage variants,and material uniqueness have a direct impact on the appearance quality and performance of the finished product.Based on many years of experience in quality management,the control points and methods for improving tire quality are discussed in terms of pretreatment,storage,and curing bag preparation for the raw tires.
