摘  要:采用高温密炼机和开炼机制备MPU/PAM/CM共混胶,考察了不同DCP用量对共混胶硫化特性、耐油老化前后物理机械性能的影响。研究发现,随着DCP用量的增大,MPU/PAM/CM的硫化速度加快且MH增大;MPU/PAM/CM的物理机械性和耐热介质性能较为优异,共混胶的拉断强度和扯断伸长率均随着DCP用量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,大应变下,MPU/PAM/CM共混胶表现出良好的韧性;随着DCP用量的增大,MPU/PAM/CM的扯断永久性变随DCP用量的增大的变化趋势与老化前接近,为30%~40%,较老化前25%~35%基本不变。MPU/PAM/CM blended rubber were prepared by using a high-temperature internal mixer and an open mill,and the effects of different amounts of DCP on the vulcanization characteristics and the physical and mechanical properties of the blended rubber before and after oil aging were investigated.The study found that as the amount of DCP increases,the vulcanization speed of MPU/PAM/CM increases and MH increases;MPU/PAM/CM has excellent physical and mechanical properties and heat-resistant media properties.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the blended rubber both increase first and then decrease with the increase of the amount of DCP;Under large strain,MPU/PAM/CM blended rubber show good toughness;With the increase of the amount of DCP,the change trend of the permanent deformation of MPU/PAM/CM with the increase of the amount of DCP is close to that before aging,ranging from 30%to 40%,which is basically unchanged from 25%to 35%before aging.
