摘　　要：挤压脱水机是合成橡胶后处理生产线的关键设备。本文简要地介绍了挤压脱水机在国内外的使用情况以及工作原理。针对橡胶厂挤压脱水机出现的螺杆主轴断裂问题进行了探究,通过宏观观察与分析、检测分析及计算分析三种方法,最终确认原因为螺杆安装、调整不当导致短期运行后断裂。鉴于螺杆的安装对设备运行有较大的影响,所以应严格按照安装手册进行操作,同时应重点保证设备的轴对中、筒体水平度的测量以及装配时的筒体碰撞等问题。从而保证了挤压脱水机的平稳运行。Extrusion dehydrator is the key equipment of synthetic rubber post-processing production line.This article briefly introduces the use and working principle of the extrusion dehydrator at home and abroad.In this paper,the screw spindle fracture problem of the extrusion dehydrator in the rubber factory is explored.Through three methods of macroscopic observation and analysis,detection analysis and calculation analysis,it is finally confirmed that the fracture reason is installed and adjusted improperly after short-term operation.In view of the fact that the installation of the screw has a greater impact on the operation of the equipment,the operation should be strictly carried out in accordance with the installation manual.At the same time,it should focus on ensuring the shaft alignment of the equipment,the measurement of the level of the cylinder,and the collision of the cylinder during assembly,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the extrusion dehydrator.
