摘　　要：重要电力用户在配电网中的用电量非常大,一旦发生停电会造成很大的损失和影响。针对传统的继电保护电压-时间型分段断路器参数的整定均未考虑重要电力用户的问题,提出了一种考虑重要电力用户的配电网电压-时间型分段断路器参数整定方法。综合考虑重要电力用户对短时停电的敏感程度、短时停电造成的经济损失和社会影响这些因素来划分每条分支线的级别,根据分支线级别对电压-时间型分段断路器的参数进行整定。当发生永久性故障时,隔离故障区域后优先对级别更高的分支线恢复供电,能够缩短重要电力用户的停电时间,有效减少短时停电对重要电力用户造成的影响,使得配电网更加安全、可靠、经济地运行。The electricity consumption of important power users in the distribution network is very large.Once the power failure occurs,it will cause great losses and impacts.To solve the problem that the traditional relay protection voltage-time sectional circuit breaker parameter setting do not are not considered for important power users,a method for setting the parameters of voltagetime segmental sectional circuit breaker in distribution network considering important power users is proposed.Considering the sensitivity of important power users to short-term power outages,economic losses and social impacts caused by short-term power outages,the level of each branch line is divided,and the parameters of the voltage-time sectional circuit breaker are set according to the branch line level.When a permanent fault occurs,the faulty area is isolated and the power is restored to the higher-level branch line,which can shorten the power-off time of important power users,effectively reduce the impact of short-term power outages on important power users,and make the distribution network operation more safe,reliable and economical.
