摘　　要：目的:建立基于二维码的药品生产流程监控平台,并应用于药品生产的安全追溯。方法:采用药品安全码平台对药品生产的重要环节进行监控和管理,判断每一环节的安全性和合理性,并能以不同颜色的二维码展示结果。将符合所有要求的合格药品赋予绿码,有待观察的赋予黄码以警示,不符合相关标准与规定的赋予红码。结果和结论:通过药品安全码的不同颜色来判断药品安全问题并进行追溯重整,可加强药品安全的监管和对药品质量的追溯,有效保证药品的生产质量,帮助政府监管机构实现或开展实时监控,并规范药品生产过程。Objective:To establish a drug production process monitoring platform based on two-dimensional code and apply it to the safety tracking of drug production.Methods:The important links of drug production were monitored and controlled by drug security code platform,evaluations were made on the safety and rationality of each link,and the results were displayed in the form of two-dimensional code with different colors.Qualified drugs meeting specified requirements were color-coded with green,those drgus demanding further observation were color-coded with yellow as a warning sign,and those drugs that failed to meet relevant standards and specifications were color-coded with red.Results and Conclusion:Safety evaluation by different drug safety color codes,further tracking and reorganization could intensify the supervision of drug safety and the traceability of drug quality and effectively ensure the production quality of drugs,thus facilitating real-time monitoring by government authorities and standardizing regular production processes of drugs.
