摘  要:嵌固角钢钢板—砖砌体组合梁是一种用以加固改造现有老旧建筑的新型托换技术。为研究嵌固角钢钢板-砖砌体组合梁的整体稳定性,基于能量法推导出组合梁中钢板在弹性阶段屈曲应力计算公式和钢板屈曲后强度计算公式,对4种不同角钢布置方案下钢板-砖砌体组合梁的稳定性和钢板屈曲后强度变化情况进行分析。同时建立有限元模型,模拟4种不同角钢布置方案下组合梁加载情况,验证稳定性分析的准确性,并对组合梁承载力影响因素进行探究。结果表明:嵌固角钢后组合梁的稳定性和临界屈曲荷载提高十分显著,上下两侧钢板内部嵌固双角钢的组合梁形式承载能力最好。通过嵌固角钢方式提高砖砌体组合梁稳定性的方法是有效可行的,组合梁截面高度、钢板强度的增大对提高结构承载力影响较为显著。The embedded angle steel plate-brick masonry composite beam is a new underpinning technology used to reinforce and rebuild existing old buildings.We study the overall stability of the embedded angle steel plate-brick masonry composite beam,based on the energy method.Then we derive the formula for calculating the buckling stress of the steel plate in the elastic stage and the formula for calculating the strength of the steel plate after buckling in the composite beam.The stability of the steel plate-brick masonry composite beam and the strength change of the steel plate after buckling under four different angle steel layout schemes The situation is analyzed.At the same time,a finite element model was established to simulate the vertical loading of the composite beam under four different angle steel layout schemes to verify the accuracy of the stability analysis.The research shows that the stability and critical buckling load of the composite beam after the angle steel is embedded,and the composite beam with double angle steel embedded in the upper and lower steel plates with the best bearing capacity.At last,we explore the factors affecting the bearing capacity of composite beams.It is proved that the method of improving the stability of the brickwork composite beam by the embedded angle steel method is effective and feasible.We find the increase of section height and steel plate strength of composite beam has a significant effect on the improvement of structural bearing capacity.It provides some help for the reinforcement design and application of the embedded angle steel plate-brick composite beam in the future.
