摘　　要：国际通行的农业合作社进出自由原则,对我国农业合作具有重要指导意义。家庭经营是农业的产业特性决定的,家庭农场是世界上成功的农业组织形态。中央对农地集体所有权、家庭承包权、经营使用权的三权分置和使用权流转政策,推动着农业合作和农业现代化。The internationally accepted principle of free access of agricultural cooperatives has important guiding significance for China's agricultural cooperation.Family management is determined by the industrial characteristics of agriculture.Family farm is a successful agricultural organization in the world.The central government's policy on the separation of collective ownership of agricultural land,household contract right and management and use right and the transfer of use right promote agricultural cooperation and agricultural modernization.
