小籽粒精密播种机仿形装置的设计研究

摘　　要：设计了平行四连杆仿形机构的提升锁扣和下压力调节装置,使整机在正常工作仿形时,提升锁扣有控制极限位置的作用,在运输状态时,提升锁扣锁住机具单组保证运输平稳,同时下压力调节装置通过调力使播种机既能适应保护性耕作的硬茬播种,也可以适应在旋耕后整地后松软的土壤播种。This paper designs the lifting latch and downforce regulating device of parallel four-bar profiling mechanism,so that the lifting latch can control the limit position when the whole machine is in normal working profiling,and the lifting latch can lock a single group of machines and tools to ensure stable transportation when the whole machine is in transportation state.At the same time,the downward pressure regulating device can adjust the force to make the planter not only adapt to the hard stubble sowing of conservation tillage,but also adapt to the soft soil sowing after rotary tillage.
