摘　　要：人才是科技创新的重要载体,加强农业科技人才队伍建设对于提高农业科技自主创新能力,助力乡村振兴,推动农业现代化具有重要意义。文章分析了当前河南农业科技人才队伍建设存在的主要问题,从高度重视农业科技人才队伍建设、建立协同创新机制、建设高层次创新人才队伍、深化体制机制改革等4个方面就新形势下推进河南农业科技人才队伍建设提出政策建议。Talent is an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation.Strengthening the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team is of great significance to improve the ability of agricultural science and technology independent innovation,help rural revitalization,and promote agricultural modernization.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team in Henan Province,and puts forward policy suggestions on promoting the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team in Henan Province under the new situation from four aspects:attaching great importance to the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team,establishing collaborative innovation mechanism,building high-level innovative talent team,and deepening the reform of system and mechanism.
