摘　　要：依据对昌吉地区7个县市62个乡镇植保体系基本情况的摸底调查,摸清了新一轮机构改革后昌吉地区各级植保机构设置情况及队伍建设、监测体系、社会化服务体系等现状,分析了植保体系当前存在的一系列问题以及产生的原因,并根据当前形势提出了有针对性的建议。Based on the investigation of the basic situation of plant protection system in 7 counties,cities and 62 towns in Changji area,this paper finds out the establishment of plant protection institutions at all levels and the current situation of team construction,monitoring system and socialized service system in Changji area after the new round of institutional reform,and analyzes a series of problems and reasons existing in the plant protection system.And put forward targeted suggestions according to the current situation.
