摘　　要：文章分析了山西加工型马铃薯产业的发展现状,以及生产过程中出现的生产机械化程度不高、营销组织体制不健全、发展资金短缺、缺乏完善的质量监督机制等问题,针对以上问题提出了提升现代机械化生产方式、建立引种优良的繁育体系、加强监管保质保量、建立完善的营销体系和品牌战略等对策。This paper analyzes the development status of processing potato industry in Shanxi,and the problems existing in the pro‐duction process of processing potato,such as low degree of production mechanization,imperfect marketing organization system,shortage of development funds and lack of perfect quality supervision mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions on improving modern mechanized production mode,establishing excellent breeding system Strengthen supervision,ensure quality and quantity,es‐tablish a perfect marketing system and brand strategy.
