摘 要:当前国家标准对地下水中总氮、总磷测定方法的规定及既有研究成果试验条件存在较大差异,文章以淹底乡高村饮水安全工程为例,通过具体试验过程构建起地下水总氮、总磷联合消解测定方法,试验结果表明,对于25mL的水样,K2S2O8和NaOH的掺加量分别达10mL和0.0078g/mL时,能同时满足总氮和总磷消解的要求。文章中试验所提出的总氮、总磷联合消解测定方法简单快捷,结果准确率高,可推广应用于农村安全饮水工程地下水总氮、总磷快速检测。There are great differences in the determination methods of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in groundwater in current national standards and the test conditions of existing research results,taking the drinking water safety project of Gaocun Village in Yandi Township as an example,the method of combined digestion and determination of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in groundwater was established through the specific test process.The results showed that for 25mL water sample,the dosage of K2S2O8 and NaOH reached 10mL and 0.0078g/mL,respectively,which could meet the requirements of total nitrogen and total phosphorus digestion simultaneously.The combined digestion method of total nitrogen and total phosphorus is simple,fast and accurate,and can be applied to the rapid determination of total nitrogen and totalphosphorus in the groundwater of the rural safe drinking water project.
