摘  要:以不同分子量的聚醚三醇JQD-560S和JQN-3680、改性MDI为主要原料,加入开孔剂JQK-81、匀泡剂9205和反应型亲水剂JQX-50等助剂,采用一步法发泡工艺制备了亲水聚氨酯海绵。讨论了助剂用量对亲水聚氨酯海绵性能的影响。结果表明,该配方体系中,当JQD-560S和JQN-3680总量为100份,在开孔剂用量为4份、反应型亲水剂用量2~8份时,通过改变匀泡剂用量,能够合成不同孔径且具有开孔率高、吸水速率快、吸水率和保水率高且物性优良的亲水聚氨酯海绵。Hydrophilic polyurethane sponge was prepared by one-step foaming process with polyether triol JQD-560S and JQN-3680 of different molecular weight,modified MDI as main raw materials,and additives such as opening agent JQK-81,foam stabilizer 9205 and reactive hydrophilic agent JQX-50.The effect of the amount of additives on the properties of hydrophilic polyurethane sponge was discussed.The results showed that,when the total amount of JQD-560S and JQN-3680 was 100 phr,the amount of opening agent was 4 phr and the amount of reactive hydrophilic agent was between 2 and 8 phr in the system,the hydrophilic polyurethane sponges with different pore sizes,high opening rate,fast water absorption,higher water-absorption and water-retention,and good physical properties could be prepared by changing the amount of foam stabilizer.
