摘  要:研究了饱和吸附水蒸气的热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)在50~80℃环境下的干燥特性,分析了不同温度下TPU干燥速率、水分扩散系数、水蒸气扩散活化能和差示热扫描(DSC)转变峰的变化。结果表明,TPU在50~80℃下饱和含水率约为1.9%,随着干燥时间的延长,含水率逐渐下降,且干燥温度越高,含水率下降越快。随着干燥温度从50℃升高到80℃,硬段近程有序结构解离吸热峰对应温度(硬段T g)升高,直至与硬段远程有序结构破坏吸热峰合并。由各相邻干燥试验温度下的扩散系数计算得到的TPU中水分扩散活化能随着温度升高不断减小。The drying characteristics of TPU samples with saturated water absorption were studied at 50~80℃.The changes of TPU drying rate,water diffusion coefficient,water vapor diffusion activation energy and differential thermal scanning(DSC)transition peak at different temperatures were analyzed.The results showed that the saturated moisture content of TPU was about 1.9%at 50~80℃.With the extension of drying time,the moisture content decreased gradually,and the higher the temperature reached,the faster the moisture content decreased.As the drying temperature increased from 50℃to 80℃,the temperature of thermal absorption peak(T g)which related with the short-range ordered structure in the hard segment increased until it merged with the thermal absorption peak of the long-range ordered structure in the hard segment.The water diffusion activation energy in TPU calculated from the diffusion coefficient at each adjacent drying test temperature decreased with the increase of temperature.
