摘  要:以南栾(Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch)无性系"滕选"4号、5号为材料,以北栾(Koelreuteria paniculata)为对照,采用人工低温胁迫方法,研究抗寒性差异及生理指标变化。结果表明:随着胁迫温度降低,不同品种枝条相对电导率持续升高;"滕选"4号、5号、北栾低温半致死温度分别为-20.895℃、-18.723℃、-27.549℃;3种栾树的SOD活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、MDA含量表现出不同的变化且与对照差异显著;2个选育的南栾无性系"滕选"4号、5号抗寒性低于北栾,但能够在山东省范围内正常越冬。Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch clones"Tengxuan"No.4 and No.5 were used as the materials,and Koelreuteria paniculata were used as the control.The differences in cold resistance and changes in physiological indexes were studied by artificial low temperature stress method.The results showed that with the decrease of stress temperature,the relative electrical conductivity of different varieties of branches continued to increase.The semi-lethal temperature of"Tengxuan"No.4,No.5 and Koelreuteria paniculata was-20.895℃,-18.723℃and-27.549℃,respectively.The SOD activity,proline content,soluble sugar,soluble protein and MDA contents of the three species of Koelreuteria paniculata showed different changes and significant differences with the control.The cold resistance of"Tengxuan"No.4 and No.5 were lower than that of Koelreuteria paniculata,but they could survive the winter normally in Shandong Province.
