摘 要:为解决在实验室本地完成500 kV标准电压互感器溯源问题,在40%额定电压以下采用直接比较法,40%额定电压以上采用由全电压加法、半电压加法和电压系数法组成的互感器串联加法完成溯源,最终得到120%额定电压以下全部比值误差和相位误差值。从测量重复性、多盘感应分压器、220 kV标准电压互感器、误差测量装置4部分进行不确定度评定,计算了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,并采用传递比较法进行了不确定度比对验证,证明溯源结果符合要求。所研究的方法有效避免了500 kV标准电压互感器长途运输造成标准器损坏的隐患,能够有效保证电能计量的准确可靠性。In order to solve the value traceability problem of 500 kV standard voltage transformer in the laboratory,direct comparison method was used below 40% rated voltage,and transformer series summation method composed of full voltage addition,half voltage addition and voltage coefficient method was used above 40% rated voltage.All ratio error and phase error values below 120% rated voltage were obtained.The uncertainty was evaluated from four parts:measurement repeatability,multi⁃disk inductive voltage divider,220 kV standard voltage transformer and error measurement device.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated,and the transfer comparison method was used to compare and verify the uncertainty,which proves that the traceability results meet the requirements.The proposed method can effectively avoid the potential damage of 500 kV standard voltage transformer caused by long⁃distance transportation,and can effectively ensure the accuracy and reliability of electric energy measurement.
