摘  要:食品安全问题一直是人们关注焦点,长期食用非法添加苏丹红的食物对人体健康具有严重危害,因此研究食物中的微量苏丹红的快速检测技术具有实际价值。本项目采用便携式拉曼光谱仪,采集并比较苏丹红Ⅰ溶液的普通拉曼散射光谱与基于二维纳米银胶滤膜基底的表面增强拉曼散射光谱,数据显示普通拉曼光谱中检测不到苏丹红Ⅰ,而在增强拉曼光谱中能检测到明显的信号。利用表面增强拉曼散射光谱检测不同浓度苏丹红Ⅰ样品,测试结果显示对苏丹红Ⅰ号的检测下限达到0.1 g·L^(-1)。该技术可以为食品安全提供一种潜在的现场快速检测方法。Food safety has always been the focus of people's attention.Long-term consumption of food illegally added Sudan will be seriously harmful to human health.Therefore,it is of value to study the technology of rapid detection of the amount of Sudan in food.Here,used a portable Raman spectrometer,the ordinary Raman scattering spectrum and the surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)spectrum based on two-dimensional nano silver colloidal membrane substrate for Sudan Ⅰ solution were collected and compared.The data showed that Sudan Ⅰ could not be detected in the ordinary Raman spectrum,but obvious signals detected in the SERS.Further,SERS spectrums on Sudan Ⅰ samples with different concentrations were detected.The test results showed that the detection limit of Sudan Ⅰ solution was up to 0.1 g·L^(-1).This technology can provide a potential on-site rapid detection method for food safety.
