摘　　要：为方便PLC控制系统开发调试以及满足实验教学的需要,提出了一种开放性的虚拟仿真平台。该平台采用组态软件MCGS虚拟被控对象,利用OPC技术实现组态软件与虚拟PLC之间的数据交互功能,通过人机交互界面可以直观、实时监控程序控制过程,最后用一个实例验证这个方案的可行性。为工程调试以及高校实验教学提供一种新思路。In order to facilitate the development and debugging of PLC control system and to meet the needs of experimental teaching,an open virtual simulation platform is proposed.The configuration software MCGS is used to simulate the controlled object,OPC technology is used to realize the data interaction between the configuration software and virtual PLC.The human-computer interaction interface can directly and real-time monitor the program control process.Finally,the feasibility of this scheme is verified with an example.It provides a new idea for engineering debugging and experimental teaching in colleges and universities.
