摘　　要：数字货币是数字经济发展的重要基础,全新的技术属性和运行特征使其成为优质国际货币符号。数字货币通过技术赋能加速了国际货币体系多元化发展的进程,为国际货币体系竞争增加了数字化新维度。首先,数字货币通过技术赋能缓解了国际货币市场的失灵现象,通过网络重塑,使国际货币在职能和空间上展开升维竞争。其次,数字货币推动货币职能的“解构”与“重组”,开辟了货币国际化的新路径。在此背景下,各国均呈现出对数字货币发行的积极态度,并逐渐形成以跨境支付体系为起点、以量变推动质变重塑国际货币体系的底层逻辑。中国数字人民币的研究与发行具有先发优势和比较优势,应该充分顺应数字货币带来的国际化发展潮流,通过技术赋能实现数字人民币职能和空间维度的扩展,更高程度地参与国际多元货币体系的建设。Digital currency is an important foundation of digital economic development.Its technical properties and operational characteristics enable itself to become a high-quality international currency symbol.Digital currency has accelerated the process of diversified development of the international monetary system through technological empowerment,adding a new digital dimension to the competition of the international monetary system.First of all,digital currency with technology has alleviated the failure of the international money market,and has enabled the promotion of competition in the international currency in both function and space through the network externality of the breaking and remodeling.Secondly,digital currency can promote the"unbundling"and"re-bundling"of monetary functions,opening up a new path of currency internationalization.In this context,countries have all shown a positive attitude towards the issuance of digital currencies,and gradually formed a cross-border payment system as a starting point to promote qualitative change to reshape the underlying logic of the international monetary system.The research and development of digital currency of the People's Bank of China is in the forefront of the world,and should fully conform to the trend of international development brought about by digital currency,realize the expansion of digital RMB function and spatial dimension through technology empowerment,and participate in the construction of the international multi-currency system to a higher extent.
