摘　　要：习近平法治思想作为马克思主义法治理论的最新成果,面向新时代中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设的实践,为如何以法治思维和法治方式适应建成社会主义现代化强国提供了全新且全面的理论指导,对中国特色社会主义法治人才培养的方向问题,也具有全面的指导作用。它主要表现为两个方面:一是定向作用,即给法治人才培养进行中国特色社会主义的方向定位,坚决在法治人才培养中贯彻落实四项基本原则,把中国特色社会主义的本质属性通过教育内化为法治人才的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信和文化自信;二是铸魂作用,即在培养法治人才逻辑化专业理性的同时,注重在法治人才培养中进行德行、情怀、良知等教育,在法治人才的培养中铸就以人民为中心的法魂。As the latest achievement of Marxist theory of the rule of law,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law faces the practice of building a modern and powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics in the New Era.It provides a new and comprehensive theoretical guidance on how to adapt to building a modern socialist country with the rule of law thinking and methods,and has a comprehensive guiding role in the direction of the cultivation of socialist rule-of-law talent with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is mainly manifested in two aspects:The first is the function of political orientation,that is,the orientation of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the cultivation of legal talent,and resolutely implement the four cardinal principles in the cultivation of legal talent,to internalize the essential attributes of socialism with Chinese characteristics through education into the road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence of the cultivation of the rule-of-law talent.The second is the function of forging spirit,that is,while cultivating rule-of-law talent with logic and professional rationality the cultivation should pay attention to morality,ambition,conscience and so on,which forge a people-centered spirit in the cultivation of rule-of-law talent.
