摘　　要：目的分析方舱云HIS系统电子病历的设计和在方舱医院的实际应用效果。方法通过分析方舱云HIS系统电子病历的设计思路、功能和实际应用效果,评价其在方舱医院内应用价值。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,武汉国博方舱医院首次采用方舱云HIS系统电子病历完成大量新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的病历记录工作,系统具有投入设备成本低、减轻工作负担、内容统一规范、避免病毒传播、方便信息共享和质量控制便捷的优点。结论方舱云HIS系统电子病历是此次方舱医院中唯一的手持终端信息系统,在方舱医院特定环境下具有多项优势,可为方舱医院建设及未来紧急医学救援批量伤员的集中救治工作提供参考意义。Objective To analyze the design of electronic medical record of shelter cloud HIS system and its practical application effect in shelter hospital.Methods By analyzing the design idea,function and practical application effect of the electronic medical record of the shelter hospital cloud HIS system was evaluated.Results During the epidemic peri⁃od of the new type of COVID-19,the electronic medical records of a large number of patients with the new type of COV⁃ID-19 were completed for the first time by using the HIS system.The system had the advantages of low cost of input equipment,lightening work burden,uniform content,avoiding virus transmission,convenient information sharing and convenient quality control.Conclusion Shelter cloud HIS system electronic medical record is the only hand-held termi⁃nal information system in the shelter hospital.It has many advantages in the specific environment of the shelter hospital.
