宋庄泵站真空破坏阀的改造及应用

摘　　要：宋庄泵站是引黄济青工程第2级泵站,泵站设计为堤身式结构、肘型进水流道、虹吸式出水流道、真空破坏阀断流。宋庄泵站真空破坏阀采用的是气动式真空破坏阀,其配套低压供气系统为真空破坏阀提供开阀动力。但供气系统空压机系统结构复杂,体积庞大,存在安全可靠性差、机械密封不严、漏气现象严重、工作效率低等现象,空压机补气频繁;冬季气温较低时,在电控阀内形成小冰,造成供气分管气路堵塞不能导通;压力气罐属于特种设备,存在不能备案及检测等问题。2020年宋庄泵站对真空破坏阀进行改造,采用的上海晟江机械设备有限公司生产的新型压力平衡式真空破坏阀,具有系统简单、故障率小,可靠性高,开阀动力小、能耗低;具有远程自动、监控、保护功能等显著优点。Songzhuang pumping station is the 2nd stage pumping station of the Yellow River Diversion Project.The pumping station is designed with dike body structure,elbow inlet channel,siphon outlet channel and vacuum breaker valve.The vacuum damage valve of Songzhuang pumping station adopts pneumatic vacuum breaker valve,and its auxiliary low pressure gas supply system provides power to open the valve.However,the air compressor system of the gas supply system is complicated in structure,huge in volume,poor safety and reliability,mechanical seal is not strict,air leakage is serious,working efficiency is low,air compressor makes up air frequently;when the temperature is low in winter,small ice forms in the electric control valve,when the electromagnetic valve coil on the gas supply pipe is opened by electricity,the gas path is blocked and can not be conducted.The pressure gas tank is a special equipment,which needs to be recorded and regularly inspected.Therefore,in 2020,Songzhuang pumping station reformed the vacuum breaker valve and adopted the new pressure balance vacuum breaker valve produced by Shanghai Shengjiang Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.,the pressure-balanced vacuum breaker valve has the advantages of simple system,low failure rate,high reliability,low power consumption and long-distance automatic monitoring and protection.
