摘  要:云南某氧硫混合铜矿石矿石总氧化率34.90%,结合率23.51%,经过菌种选育驯化,进行生物浸出优化试验,试验结果表明:浸出温度为30℃条件下,采用搅拌浸出,经过30天生物浸矿,总铜浸出率可以达到77.24%,其中原生硫化铜理论浸出率达到63.835%。与常规酸浸相比,浸出率大幅度提高。One complex oxygen-sulfur mixed copper ore in Yunnan,the total oxidation rate is 34.90%,the binding rate is 23.51%,so the bioleaching optimization test was carried out through strain breeding and domestication,the test results show:when the leaching temperature is 30℃,stirring leaching is adopted,bioleaching for 30 days,the total copper leaching rate can reach to 77.24%,the theoretical leaching rate of primary copper sulfide can reach to 63.835%.The leaching rate is increased greatly compared with conventional acid leaching.
