摘 要:玉钢1080 m^(3)高炉自年检复产以来,通过布料规律精准测定,采取提高入炉品位、强化槽下筛分等精料措施,操作上应用大矿批、大风量、高顶压、高富氧等强化冶炼手段,不断优化上下部调剂,实现煤气流的合理分布和操作炉型稳定,取得了良好经济技术指标和经济效益。Since the annual inspection and production recovery of 1080m^(3)blast furnace of Yugang was done,the burden distribution was measured precisely,the material grade of feeding was improved,the screening was strengthened,and the other measures for concentrates were implemented;large ore batches,large air volume,high top pressure,high oxygen enrichment and the other manners for strengthened smelting were applied,the upper and lower adjustment was optimized continuously,so that the reasonable distribution of gas flow and the stabilization of operating furnace was realized,therefore good economic and technical targets and economic benefit can be obtained.
