摘　　要：针对回收丁二烯脱水塔和丁二烯脱重塔系统运行周期短的问题,通过对设备易自聚部位认真分析以及对阻聚剂的优化选用,对重点自聚部位进行工艺改进,提出了控制设备内氧含量以及改变阻聚剂加入方式、加入量等措施并进行了系列工业试验。结果表明:采取上述措施后延长了丁二烯塔运转周期,同时提高了丁二烯塔处理能力。The system of butadiene dehydrating tower and butadiene deheavy tower has a short running period,Through the careful analysis of the easy se,lf polymerization parts of the equipment and the optimization of polymer inhibitor selection,Process improvement was carried out on the key autopolymerization parts,The measures of controlling the oxygen content in the equipment and changing the addition way and amount of TBC and DEHA were discussed in detail,And targeted implementation of verification.It not only prolongs the operation cycle of butadiene tower,but also improves the processing capacity of butadiene tower.
