摘  要:根据BZ25-1油田沙河街异常高温高压低渗的特点,立足于生产实际,分析异常高温高压低渗油藏转抽后举升工艺在生产中存在的泵故障率高、检泵周期短等主要问题,通过优化电潜泵举升工艺、设备耐温级别等参数,提高了异常高温高压低渗油藏电潜泵适应性、稳定性,为沙河街油组规模转抽积累了经验。Shahejie group in BZ25-1 oilfield have the characteristics of abnormal high temperature,high pressure and low permeability.based on actual production situation,the main problems such as high pump failure rate and short pump inspection period in the lifting process after pumping were analyzed in the production of abnormal high temperature,high pressure and low permeability oil reservoirs.the adaptability and stability of the electric submersible pump in abnormal high temperature,high pressure and low permeability reservoirs have been improved,by optimizing parameters such as the lifting process of the electric submersible pump and the temperature resistance level of the equipment,and experience in large-scale pumping of BZ25-1 oilfield has been accumulated.
