煤矸石填沟造地项目环境影响评价要点探讨

摘　　要：山西省是煤炭大省,在煤炭开采、加工过程产生大量的煤矸石。根据《煤矸石综合利用管理办法》等的要求,山西省境内有很多煤矸石填沟造地项目,本文结合结合实际工作中遇到问题,对煤矸石填沟造地项目环境影响评价的要点进行了探析,提出了相应的对策和建议。Shanxi Province is a large coal province,which produces a lot of coal gangue in the process of coal mining and processing.According to the requirements of the measures for the management of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue,there are many projects of land reclamation with coal gangue in Shanxi Province.In this paper,combined with the problems encountered in the actual work,the main points of environmental impact assessment of the projects are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward Recommendations.
