摘　　要：围绕流域水污染物排放标准的定位、所起的主要作用以及主要内容,分析了开展流域水污染物排放标准的必要性,构建了包括评估基础分析、标准执行情况、标准实施效果、实施保障情况、实施效益、环境形势在内的流域水污染物排放标准评估体系流域水污染物排放标准评估体系及其具体内容,以期为流域水污染物排放标准的评估修订提供借鉴。Based on the positioning,main functions and main contents of the watershed water pollutant discharge standards,this paper analyzed the necessity of carrying out the watershed water pollutant discharge standards,and constructed the watershed water pollutant discharge standard evaluation system including the basic assessment analysis,the implementation of the standards,the implementation effect of the standards,the implementation guarantee,the implementation benefit and the environmental situation and its specific contents.The evaluation system were expected to provide reference for the evaluation and revision of the watershed water pollutant discharge standards.
